Accommodations

This yacht was just unloaded in mid-January and a complete listing will be posted after the boat show in Miami Show which takes place Feb 11-15, 2010 along with photos and video. The yacht easily accommodates 8 overnight guests is 4 large staterooms and creates opportunities to travel, entertain and enjoy life’s adventures surrounded by your loved ones. The layout features an on deck master suite, a second full beam master suite below and two guest suites. Outstanding crew quarters are below and forward with three cabins, three heads, walls of storage closets, seperate washer dryer units and full crew lounge with refrigerator. Commercial quality galley with double work stations and double equipment as well.

Aft deck

The aft deck easily can handle a big crowd. The fabrics are in shades of biscuit, beige with a black welt on the edge. The beautiful teak dining table has curved sides and straight ends, a very modern twist for the aft deck.

Salon

The Main Salon wood is Gloss Cherry and Camphor burl. The salon layout is designed with contemporary angled cabinetry that provides an abundance of counter space and storage. The 45 degree angles are mimicked in the Main Salon and Dining ceiling soffits. Inside the soffits is a band of beveled mirror that gives the illusion of much higher ceiling; not that this Hargrave needs it as the ceiling height is over 7’. The Salon color palette is Oyster, Ebony and Platinum with Gloss Cherry wood. The furniture is plush with straight lines and there’s enough room in any chair to pull your legs up and curl up. The overall mood is clean, modern and very comfortable.

3” Gloss Cherry Crown Molding throughout the main salon with the A/C system streamlined thought out hidden using the crown molding.

Top Brass/Jasmine Chrome Sconces. Chrome Cantaluppi. SonnemanPendantIsland Dining Chandelier.

The door hardware is crome with the window treatments Roman shades – R.M. Coco Longitude Linen fabric.

The port aft corner house a Panasonic 46" Hi Def TV and complete AV system from Blue Ray DVD and sony suround sound system.

The starboard aft corner has a walk up bar with Pearlota Suvevo top and Graff facet and matching bowl. The stoarge above houses the custom rack storage for the Makasa glassses. Storage below for the assorted liquours and wine.

Galley

Forward of the MS is the working style/commercial galley. This area was designed so that each member the crew working in the galley has their own area specifically designed for the task they are doing. There is a cooking and prep area for the chef with enough counter top to plate 12 dinners, a prep area for the souse chef, a coffee/cappuccino and dessert area, and a clean up and dishwasher area. (4) completely separate areas that all work together in perfect harmony for the preparation and sequence of a meal. There is a chef sink in his prep area accessible from the cooking area or prep area. There is second sink next to the dishwasher and across from the coffee/dessert prep area.

The full height back splash in the galley area is Polished Stainless Steel which looks like mirror and really opens the space. The countertops are Black Galaxy Granite, with flecks of silver, gold and black. The cabinets are the same finish and quality as the salon, Gloss Cherry, and all the appliances are also stainless steel. There are (3) separate pantries in this area also, so there is plenty of room for food and dry goods storage.

1st Master Stateroom, On Deck

The “On Deck Master” is forward of the galley and has a private entrance forward of the Day Head. The King bed is positioned in the center of the full beam, and has a large secret storage area that is accessed by opening the hidden hinged mirrored framed panels. The stateroom has a large 42” screen TV centered aft on the aft wall. There is a large walk-in closet with (3) 6’ hanging rods. The fabrics and textures are modern and whimsical in tones of oyster, beige and a light touch of black.

The ensuite bath has its entrance on the starboard side of the vessel, opposite the entrance so there is more privacy in the bath area. The marble is a beautiful rich and creamy little fossils visible in the Pearlato Suevo and Emperadora Light, which is a mocha tone. The bath is large with double classic rectangular basins with lots of counter space in between. There is a shower with (3) sides of glass that is bright and elegant in the corner. The bath is spacious and also boasts a vanity area with several drawers and lots of light.

Lower Foyer and Laundry Room

At the bottom of the stairs is an elegant Cherry, Camphor burl and Absolute Black Granite foyer console and mirror. This cabinet is split in the middle and doubles as the doors that disguise the Laundry Station. It is a "laundry room" with floor space in front of the extra large washer and (2) large dryers to stand, sort laundry, put a laundry basket on the floor, and if need to leave this area in the middle of a job, just close the doors and all is unseen. There is also an area to fold clothes in the laundry station. In addition, the area has a special booster AC unit that keeps the laundry room from heating up the guest area.

2nd Master Stateroom

The second Master is the third stateroom on the lower deck. It is a full beam stateroom with a large seven foot (7′) dresser on the starboard side and a large settee on the port side. The space is open and elegant. The King headboard wall is covered in paneling of Caprice mother of pearl shells. On top of the honey colored pearl shell wall is a sequence of photographs of the sea; which continues the enjoyment of the sea theme as seen through out the boat. The colors in this stateroom are deep beige, perl and swirls of black. There is just enough wall upholstery to keep the room dramatic and show off the magnificent Cherry millwork. There are (2) full heads that share a shower midship. This master bath shows off the intricate borders and inlays of the Emperadora Dark Marble and Pearloto Marble stone. The semi recessed round sinks with architect designed faucets, mirror each other from Port to Starboard.

Guest Stateroom 2 and 3

Down the hall are two (2) nearly identical convertible staterooms. Each stateroom can accommodate three guests with either twins and pullman berth or queen bed formed by sliding the twins together. The bedspreads are oyster linen, accented with amethyst basket weave textured pillows edgee of small plum beaded trim that gives the appearance of little pieces of coral pulled from the ocean. Both convertible staterooms have private baths/ensuite heads with gorgeous Ivory Marble floors and Emperador Light Marble vanities with contemporary semi recessed vessel sinks.

Fly Bridge

The Flybridge has everything! Both the huge horseshoe seating area on the port side and the bar with its teak edged Emperadora Light marble top and seating for four (4) on the starboard side give plenty of open space to gather during the day or the evening to enjoy your time on the water. There is a sunpad for sunbathing next to the Spa Tub. The convertible ceiling/top that, electronically opened on sunny days and starry nights, only enhances the spaciousness of this outdoor living area. The upholstery in warm beige with chocolate and dusty linen oversized pillows adds to the welcome inviting feel of the Flybridge. There are two (2) exquisite Teak cocktail tables with Sun Dial inlays and cross grained patterns in front of the horseshoe seating area. There is a ton (11′) of storage on the starboard side of the F/B and a large gas grill to Port aft of the Sunpad.

Crew Quarters

Crew accommodations were uniquely designed and considered on SASSY. The crew quarters allow for up to (6) crewmembers, if needed. Forward from the galley and down a short flight of stairs is an outstanding Crew Lounge that rivals the galleys on small boats. There are (3) double staterooms with their own heads and showers. The Captain’s Stateroom has a queen size bed with a large hanging locker, dresser and small desk. There is a large settee with TV and refrigerator for relaxing when the crew is off. There are (5) large floor to ceiling cabinets for storage and another laundry station that has large, stacked washer/dryer for crew. It is hands down the most comfortable Crew Area in the industry. The Crew Area is finished in the same quality as the rest of the boat and all heads have marble vanities and shower seats.

Created by Tom Fexas, one of America’s leading naval architects, for a personal friend who is the owner of Hargrave Yachts, to use in the Florida Keys and Bahamas, PARADISE was designed with a double master cabin layout which is very unusual in this size range. The interior decor was executed under the direction of noted mega yacht designer Shelly Higgins DiCondina of Yacht Interiors by Shelley and includes a number of features normally found only on yachts in the 100+ and larger range. This one of a kind yacht seduces you with her uninhibited luxury and distinctive styling and offers you the most technologically advanced machinery and equipment in the industry With her soft riding Fexas hull and powered by reliable CAT engines you will enjoy years of safe and reliable cruising pleasure.

Vessel Walkthrough

This yacht incorporates many of the features and equipment normally found on motoryachts in the 80′ and up range. In effect, this design has created a luxury yacht interior that will have great appeal to someone moving down in size and who is used to a higher level of comfort and convenience.

In addition to more powerful Caterpillar engines PARADISE has added signature design features such as overhead air-conditioning vent systems, double door entry to the master cabin, full size Headhunter toilets in both master and VIP suites, high end marble and granite counters, polished cherry wood floors, and high end hardware and fixtures that add to the feel of luxury throughout. Under the watchful eye of Shelley DiCondina of Yacht Interiors by Shelley, we have created a much more custom yacht-like interior in both design and texture.

Cockpit

The cockpit offers a space for outdoor enjoyment. Aft, a large seating bench is finished in a mushroom color and creates a perfect space for watching the sunset or enjoying an evening cocktail. Durable and warm teak wood makes up the sole. A ladder up to the open flybridge is found to port.

Salon

The main salon is spacious and warm with calming accent colors throughout, such as featured on the chocolate brown full grain Aniline dyed leather sofa to port, with accent pillows in chocolate and celadon blue. The interior specifications of this vessel were very well though out and executed. The sense of refinement and sophistication aboard this vessel is unmatchable for any boat in this size range. Found throughout the main salon and the extended living areas is a high-gloss cherry wood with a contemporary cross graining and Camphor Burl wood accent panels. Another foundation of the interior spaces includes a textured sisal carpeting in natural tones. Seating is satisfied with the L-shaped leather sofa to port and a pair of armchairs to starboard. Plenty of hidden storage, accent items, a coffee table, and the helm station forward and to starboard complete this space.

Galley

Gorgeous high gloss cherry wood continues into the forward galley, located just steps down from the main salon. Here "Indian Parana" granite counter tops extend into a backsplash, which sparkles against the warm wood cabinets and stunning satin finished cherry wood flooring. Stainless steel appliances, Grohe fixtures and an improved open layout make this 2007 Fexas designed yacht highly desirable.

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is located to starboard across from the galley. Here the color theme is that of driftwood and pale blues with rich chocolate accents. The queen berth is fitted with luxurious fabrics in this eye-catching color scheme. High gloss cherry wood is found here dispersed among a textured cane wall upholstery in a simple sandy taupe color. All the comforts of home are found in this luxurious stateroom, including an en suite master head. The master head has a full shower, cherry wood storage cabinets, and a vanity featuring "Noisette Fleuryl" marble. This yacht is designed for the cruising couple who enjoys long weekends and plenty of relaxation.

VIP Stateroom

The VIP Stateroom is forward and features a queen-sized v-berth fitted with elegant cream-colored bedding. Organic colors and textures make up this elegant stateroom. The VIP also features an en suite head. The same level of refinement found in the Master is recreated in the VIP – Such details as a marble vanity in the VIP head and gorgeous high-gloss cherry wood throughout help accomplish this.

Fly Bridge

The Fly Bridge has an open design, creating a space for you to man the vessel over open seas, creating a sense of nostalgia for the days when commuter boats were in full swing. A large settee aft is great for guests to keep you company while navigating the Lace. You will find the finest navigational equipment available in the market today aboard PARADISE.

Vessel Walkthrough

Expertly proportioned and structured lines create a perfect profile for this outstanding raised pilothouse model featuring the best of both worlds with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Stepping aboard this vessel you are treated to a diverse outdoor space that offers both seating and dining capabilities as well as access to all the key locations on the yacht. Large pneumatic doors with sensors glide open to reveal the glowing salon. The comfortable, no nonsense appeal of this yacht’s interior is achieved with a blending of classical and contemporary styles. Forward, the formal dining room becomes an extension of the salon with a round table and dining chairs, as well as a granite clad buffet. Forward and to starboard, a day head and access to the raised pilothouse precede your entrance into the galley. The galley is large and nicely equipped with professional style appliances, and features a Hargrave signature, the country kitchen arrangement with a large settee facing aft. Down a starboard staircase from the galley, you will find the captain’s quarters.

A private entrance from the salon to the staterooms below is found portside. This area features 4 full staterooms including a master stateroom, VIP stateroom and identical port and starboard twin staterooms. Every creature comfort is met in these luxurious accommodations, such as full entertainment systems, large hanging closets, and en suite heads. The master stateroom is equipped with his and her heads and a gorgeous walk through shower accentuated with plenty of marble and granite.

Aft deck

Solid teak soles set the stage for a comfortable bench seating for up to 6, complimented by 4 teak armchairs. The bench is designed with a marine theme featuring nautical flags and blue rope details. The central teak table has a high gloss finish and a centrally located compass rose motif. To port, the aft deck features a substantial teak cabinet encasing a Sharp 20″ LCD TV, and featuring three shelves, a U-Line 2075R stainless steel refrigerator, and an Absolute Black granite countertop. This space gives you passage to the flying bridge, main salon, swim platform, crew quarters and engine room.

Salon

The main salon exudes comfort with the use of soft and inviting fabrics and vivid colors. Special touches abound, including the custom 310 Wilton Stanton-Starwind carpet with butter yellow stars and a marine blue background. The sofa and chairs are upholstered in soft butter yellow leather with a marine blue welt, purchased from the high-end upholstery company, Roche Bobois of France. Also purchased from the same company are the dining chairs done in pale blue suede and offering a contemporary feel due to the unusual shape. These eye-catching chairs are also found to starboard where a camphor burl wood table is used for playing cards or board games. All of the tables are constructed from gloss camphor burl with cross grain accents, while the cabinetry and finish is comprised of high gloss cherry, with Absolute Black granite. To starboard, a 42″ Sony Plasma television mounted on a high/low lift to be concealed when necessary. A forward buffet is perfect for entertainment and storage, and features a U-Line Origins 15WC stainless steel wine cooler. The owners have added their own custom touches including artwork, photographs and custom Lucite lamps with white shades. This space is inviting for guests and family, yet it offers a distinct setting for more formal occasions.

Galley

Laid with lovely teak and holly, the path to the galley winds its way past an elegant day head accentuated by Absolute Black granite flooring and counters, gloss cherry cabinetry, and gold and Swarowski crystal sconces, bath faucets and accessories. Moving forward along this path you pass a small staircase leading up to the raised pilothouse, and after passing this you end in the galley. This space exudes warmth and stimulates your senses with vivid colors, cool sleek textures and exotic scents from dishes being prepared by the chef. The gloss cherry cabinetry nicely compliments the Black & Brick granite. Entirely stainless steel appliances help the owners keep a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. These appliances include a GE Profile refrigerator, GE Profile black cook top, GE oven, GE Profile microwave, GE Profile dishwasher, GE Profile trash compactor, GE Profile garbage disposal, and a Franke sink.

Pilothouse

The raised pilothouse is built to address the needs of both the captain and guests. A large instrument panel is comprised entirely of gloss cherry with the best equipment available, and is preceded by a large captain’s chair in faux black leather. Aft of here, with a view through the forward and side windows is a large viewing settee with a high/low table, ideal for casual dining or laying out charts and maps. To starboard, a bar stool swivels in and out of a hollowed space below a large work surface, designed to accommodate a captain and crewmembers. With several storage spaces, comfortable seating, eye-catching brass light fixtures, and teak and holly floors the raised pilothouse continues this boat’s theme of sophistication.

Fly Bridge

Up a starboard staircase from the aft deck you find the flying bridge. Here, a custom fiberglass hardtop shades the length of the space, with a break aft where a 16′ Nautica Tender w/Yamaha outboard 115hp, Quicklift 2000lb davit and jet ski are stored. Forward, a cool color scheme reflects the hues of the islands. L-shaped seating both to port and starboard is detailed with yellow, navy blue, and sea green vertical striped cushions. Each bench also features a teak grated table for afternoon dining and evening cocktails. Forward and to starboard a large bar features 4 stainless steel bar stools with durable blue vinyl cushioned tops. Rounded counters are made of lovely Blue Pearl granite, accentuating the cool color scheme. Here, you will also find a sink, storage cabinets, a U-Line stainless steel refrigerator and a separate U-Line icemaker. With entertainment in mind, the owners also utilized this space for a large refrigerator and a freezer aft, built into custom fiberglass cabinets. Forward, the helm station is complete with three pilot seats and a large electronics console featuring the best brand name equipment available. Non-skid fiberglass floors, stainless steel accents, and a thoughtfully planned layout make this space the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Master Stateroom

Below deck, the accommodations begin from the master stateroom where warm woods, eye-catching colors and stimulating textures are found. The centrally located king berth is detailed with a padded headboard upholstered in an elegant cream fabric with blue, red and beige color accents and shell and coral rock cluster motifs. This lovely fabric is also used as an oversized bedspread that beckons you to relax. Cherry wood walls transition into accents of cream-colored faux ostrich panels. Other unique features include a starboard settee done in a coral red color, and flanked by two chests of drawers doubling as storage and display spaces. Other storage is found in walk-in closets and clever drawers that maximize every inch of space, such as those found concealed in the base of the bed. Entertainment options such as a 32″ Sony plasma TV add to the allure of this space. The en suite his and her head is aft, and features a large centrally located walkthrough shower with gorgeous marble details, separate vanities and eye-catching fixtures.

VIP Stateroom

All the way forward down the main companionway is the VIP stateroom. The queen berth is situated to starboard leaving room for an en suite head, storage space and a hanging closet. The berth is detailed with a seashell inspired bedspread in neutral tones of taupe, beige and brown. The use of cherry wood in this stateroom is complimented by a cross-grain finish on all the doors, including the door leading into the en suite head. Guests in this space will appreciate the storage accommodations and excellent entertainment options such as a 20″ LCD TV. The port side head is stylish with the continuous use of wood, as well as the addition of a creamy colored marble. A full shower, beautiful fixtures and the overall sense of privacy make this en suite head ideal for special guests.

Starboard Guest Stateroom

To starboard you will find an additional stateroom with twin berths to accommodate two more guests. The most notable aspect of this stateroom is the large checkerboard carpeting in shades of red and beige. This eye-catching floor is complimented by twin beds fitted with colorful bedding that helps add to the cheerful environment. An en suite head with a full shower rounds out the accommodations, along with a full entertainment system, overhead lighting, adjustable reading lamps, and portholes for natural light. Also, along the starboard side in the foyer just outside this stateroom is a well-concealed stackable washer and dryer unit.

Port Guest Stateroom

The port side guest stateroom is almost entirely identical to the starboard stateroom. The same colors and amenities are found in this stateroom, which is just as charming. Additional guests will be extremely comfortable in this well-equipped stateroom also featuring an en suite head. Just outside this stateroom to port is a closet for linen storage.

Captains Cabin

The captain’s quarters are found down a forward staircase from the large galley. This stateroom is neutral in its color scheme and abundant in storage. The centrally located double berth is fitted with an attractive tropical themed bedding with blue palm trees and features mirrored panels behind it that helps enlarge the look of the space. Additional eye-catching details include textured carpeting and an en suite head with a full shower. The head also features gray speckled granite along the counters and floors, and attractive fixtures such as a porcelain shell-like sink. This stateroom is ideal for a full-time captain or additional guests for extended travel.

Salon
From the moment you step into SASSY’S salon you will be amazed by the feeling of space this 101 foot yacht gives you. The color palette is a soothing blend of ivory, oyster, amethyst and platinum and creates a pleasant journey for your eyes. The overall floor plan is open, airy and offers excellent flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The Glass Bar Top is suspended above the working bar top with polished round Stainless Steel supports, and cantilevers over a beautiful back bar of “Golden Dragon” marble, which is a dark grey stone with ivory veining and small flecks of amethyst. The detail of floating glass above the cabinetry is repeated again in the Dining Area on the Port and Starboard side cabinetry. The wood is a deep, rich Cherry in High Gloss, accented with Maitore, a darker more chocolate tone wood. Forward in this flowing space you will find the Dining Area.

Dining
Whether enjoying a family meal or celebrating an important event, this versatile Dining Room and Salon space is ideal for creating memories. The unique dining table has straight sides and large curved ends to mimic the soffit above the table. The ceiling fixture above the table, with its triple layered linen shade, diffuses the light and gives the area a sexy glow in the evening.

Galley
Forward from the Dining Area, is the working style/commerical Galley. This galley is designed so each crewmember working here has their own space specifically for the task they are doing. The cooking and prep area provides the chef with enough counter space to not only work, but to plate 12 dinners. There is a separate prep area for a souse chef; a coffee/cappuccino and dessert area, and a clean up and dishwasher area. Four (4) completely separate areas that all work together smoothly in the preparation and sequence of a meal. The full height back splash in the galley is a mirror finished Polished Stainless Steel that opens the work space up. The countertops are off white Kodia Granite. The cabinets are Gloss Cherry, with the same finish and quality as the Salon. All appliances are Stainless Steel. Three (3) separate pantries in this area, provide plenty of space for food and dry goods storage.

On Deck Master Stateroom
The “On Deck Master,” forward of the galley and day head, has it’s own private entrance. The master bed positioned in the center of the full beam, has a large secret storage area behind it that is easily accessed by opening the hidden hinged upholstered wall of fabric. The upholstered wall fabric, called “Underglass,” is slick faux leather with a hand polished look to it. The large 42″ TV sits between the his and hers large closets with double doors. The fabrics and textures are modern and plush with tones of oyster, beiges and pale lavender. These colors are seen again in the large Silk stripe on the roman window shades. The upholstered bed frame adds to the suite’s tranquility and softness. The ensuite bath is light and airy with lots of Pearloto marble gently accented with Emperadora Light Marble. The two vessel sinks sit on a large generous size marble vanity top. The huge shower has a fabulous view. A separate makeup vanity area is located far away from the steamy shower and the toilet is tucked in its own private nook.

Master #2 Stateroom
The second Master is the third stateroom on the lower deck. It is a full beam stateroom with a large seven foot (7′) dresser on the starboard side and a large settee on the port side. The space is open and elegant. The King headboard wall is covered in paneling of Caprice mother of pearl shells. On top of the honey colored pearl shell wall is a sequence of photographs of the sea; which continues the enjoyment of the sea theme as seen through out the boat. The colors in this stateroom are deep honey, grayed lavender and off white/oyster. There is just enough wall upholstery to keep the room dramatic and show off the magnificent Cherry millwork. There are (2) full baths that share a shower midship. This master bath shows off the intricate borders and inlays of the Emperadora Dark Marble and Pearloto Marble stone. The semi recessed round sinks with architect designed faucets, mirror each other from Port to Starboard.

Guest Stuites Area
Down the hall are two (2) nearly identical convertible staterooms. Each stateroom can accommodate three guests with either twins and pullman berth or queen bed formed by sliding the twins together. The bedspreads are oyster linen, accented with amethyst basket weave textured pillows edgee of small plum beaded trim that gives the appearance of little pieces of coral pulled from the ocean. Both convertible staterooms have private baths/ensuite heads with gorgeous Ivory Marble floors and Emperador Light Marble vanities with contemporary semi recessed vessel sinks.

Flybridge
The Flybridge has everything! Both the huge horseshoe seating area on the port side and the bar with its teak edged Blue Pearl Granite top and seating for four(4) on the starboard side give plenty of open space to gather during the day or the evening to enjoy your time on the water.

The crew quarters allow for up to (6) crew members, if needed.

As elegant as her names suggests, DONNA MARIE is a classically styled Hargrave yacht. Her exterior lines are both graceful and sturdy and her raised pilothouse profile offer three levels to showcase her spacious interiors. From the moment you step aboard this yacht, it is abundantly clear that she is a floating private resort. Her airy salon with its cherry woodwork, state-of-the-art entertainment system and soft neutral tones set the stage for magical times with family. Just forward of the salon is the formal marble-clad dining table with seating for six. Adjacent to the dining area is the pantry and sizeable galley. Top-of-the-line appliances and a granite-topped prep area will impress a professional chef, yet this room also welcomes a family who cooks together.

The owner and guest staterooms for six are works of art. The spacious master stateroom features an opulent, oversized bed facing an impressive home theater. The compact vanity can also function as a handy desk for a laptop computer and the fine joinery conceals plenty of storage. The marble ensuite bath with his and her areas is joined by an enormous shower. The VIP and guest stateroom are equally luxurious with fine fabrics and marble ensuites. There is a separate crew quarters for four that is equally comfortable.

The raised pilothouse area with dual Stidd chairs has an elegant helm station with easy-to-see electronics and room for guests to join the captain and enjoy the panoramic views as the yacht smoothly moves to its next exotic location. The pilothouse area leads to the expansive flybridge with triple Stidd seats at the helm, and a wet bar topped with marble and seating for four. Casual sophistication is the theme as friends and family enjoy the additional plush seating with high-low tables and grill. The tender and davit are to the rear of the entertainment space. The aft deck with its hardtop has a large high-low dining table and bar area with refrigerator. Wide steps lead to the lazarette which includes a workbench with tool area for the hands-on owner or captain.

DONNA MARIE is the culmination of the many dreams her knowledgeable owner had which only Hargrave could fulfill.

With every signed contract, the team at Hargrave Custom Yachts works closely with the new owners to design and construct the yacht of their dreams. A superior example of these efforts is found in “Katina”, which was recently delivered in 2005. This raised pilothouse model reaches new heights in terms of style and creativity.

This eye-catching yacht has an excellent balance of both indoor and outdoor space. The large fly bridge is ideal for entertainment and comes equipped with such amenities as a luxurious American Whirlpool spa and custom wet bar. The interior has a casual and comfortable ambience with warm earth tones and a variety of textures. Although the interior space is quite relaxed, the tailored details such as a sunken bar with Emperadora dark and light marble accommodate formal entertainment and make this yacht ideal for charter.

An impressive 4-stateroom layout with the VIP forward from the galley makes each guest aboard “Katina” feel special. Each stateroom features an en suite head, large hanging closets and highly advanced entertainment packages. In fact, this yacht is equipped with a state-of-the-art Crestron Entertainment and Electronics system, which is one of the most sophisticated systems available on the market today. The flexibility in planning each custom yacht allows the owners to choose the amenities that are right for them. The master stateroom is also a notable element of this yacht with elegant fabrics, two walk in closets, and his and her heads with a central standing shower and whirlpool tub. “Katina” exemplifies the endless possibilities available when building a Hargrave Custom Yacht.

Owner Testimonial

Jason Taylor, owner of the 99’ Raised Pilothouse KATINA
“When I first decided to build a larger yacht, I put together my wish list and thoroughly investigated nearly every major yacht builder. As my search progressed I found that the road always led me back to Hargrave. Mike Joyce and Hargrave Yachts bring honesty, integrity and reliability to the table when they are building first class boats, and I couldn’t be happier with my M/Y KATINA.”

Much like a prism, the interior of La vida at first glance has clean lines and a sleek finish, yet with every slight turn colors dance before your eyes. Designed by owners who like to entertain and live life to the fullest, it is only appropriate that the name of their boat when translated means “The Life”. This yacht represents the next generation of Hargrave Yachts, which blend artistic license with ample design expertise.

Her profile looks European with rounded windows, yet her interior is full of Latin America’s spirit, with paintings and decorative items from Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. The worldly owners assisted in the interior design stage and allowed their Latin heritage to shine proudly through. Island colors of purple, buttercup, coral and aqua are splashed throughout an otherwise neutral palette of cream with accents from the high-gloss Sapelli wood details. The four staterooms below deck are equally vibrant and inviting, and each has it’s own luxurious en suite head. A growing family and large group of friends are frequent guests aboard this yacht, so every creature comfort was addressed.

Outdoor space includes a fine aft deck with teak club chairs, more brilliant colors and entertainment options, as well as a large and highly “livable” flybridge. One of the most unique design elements of this yacht is found on the flybridge, which boasts a custom dayhead to starboard. The private fiberglass structure was built around the seating area, so as not to disrupt the flow of the space and was dreamt up so guests could stay on the flybridge literally all day and truly make the most of their outdoor experience. As demonstrated by this gorgeous yacht, the owner defines La vida as a reason to live each day as if it is your last, to celebrate each moment with those you love, to create lasting memories, and to capture and surround yourself with the beauty and spirit of the world.

Born not from a fleeting desire for luxury, but rather inspired by years of boating experience, the appreciation of modern innovation, a remarkable flare for all things stylish, and a fine collection of hand-picked artwork and home wares from all over the world; DREAM is rich, warm and completely livable.

Delivered in 2006, this yacht speaks to a new era of yacht owners who want to create a highly personalized space where their friends and family can gather together both in celebration and in every day living. DREAM captures the welcoming and relaxed spirit of its owners while encompassing a chic and highly desired lifestyle. With this recent delivery, the Hargrave Custom Yachts fleet has been revitalized once again.

Elongated star motifs repeated throughout the interior, along with African mahogany, Turkish leather and South American marble, celebrate the owner’s eye for the unusual, while the layout and overall design speak to his practicality. For example, the oversized galley becomes a gathering spot that is ideal for entertainment and for spending quality time with family. Another notable feature is the generous accommodations for owner, guests and crew. The savvy owner designed this yacht so that everyone would feel comfortable and at home, including the crew, who have private staterooms and a large lounge area.
